Horse acupuncture / Pony acupuncture
Referral Service in Veterinary Acupuncture
Equine Acupuncture Visits: We visit horses and ponies anywhere in the UK
but most often in an area South of the Wash and South of the Wirral.
For distant clients or those needing regular treatment: Horses and ponies can be seen at
a holistic and organic stud and livery, close to the AVMC, by arrangement. Regular treatments can be carried
out without the added costs of repeat distant visits.
Half-Way visits: Horses and ponies can be met at an agreed yard, at an intermediate
distance, by arrangement. This is especially useful for very distant clients.
Of course, visiting costs can be ameliorated when several patients are seen at a single location.
We offer veterinary acupuncture, chiropractic manipulation and LASER therapy, along with holistic natural
feeding advice.
We also offer a Video Consultation Service, via the internet. Of course, this can only be used for medical interventions such as herbal medicine or homeopathy,
since equine acupuncture and chiropractic work are definitively 'hands-on' therapies. This has been used to treat patients
as far afield as Canada, Australia, USA, South Africa etc.
